Leadership support and development The company is seeking an HR Analyst in São José do Rio Preto. ICN Human Resources Consulting provides strategic solutions for people management. Focused on organizational development, the company assists in optimizing processes and enhancing human capital. **Responsibilities:** Implement HR structures and processes within the company. Manage and analyze HR metrics (KPIs). Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees. Directly support and develop organizational leadership. Implement and manage corporate benefits packages. Monitor and control employee working hours and timekeeping. Provide support for personnel department requests, coordinating with the accounting office. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree **Experience:** Relevant experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 4,000.00 * Transportation Allowance **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent - On-site * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
