Your responsibility will be to complete the educational program, comply with the training entity's regulations, and develop technical and behavioral competencies related to the contracted technical course. Development is more important; ️ Pluxee Card (VA and/or VR): A great support for daily meals / food; Christmas Basket: A special gesture at year-end; Health Insurance Plan: Comprehensive care for you; Dental Insurance Plan: Always up-to-date oral health; ️ Life Insurance at no cost: Protection for you; Transportation Allowance: Ease of daily commuting; Medication Assistance: Financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ Wellhub: Access to gyms and physical activities; Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, social, nutritional, and legal & financial consulting support; Responsibilities and Duties • Attend theoretical and practical classes offered by the Training Entity, according to the technical course curriculum; • Fully comply with the daily and weekly training schedule, including timings, minimum attendance requirements, and academic calendar; • Follow all School Regulations, including discipline, conduct, and safety rules; • Maintain satisfactory academic performance, keeping up with evaluations, projects, and technical activities outlined in the pedagogical plan; • Submit attendance certificates, grades, and reports issued by the Training Entity to HR/manager upon request; • Take care of materials, equipment, and facilities used during the training process; • Demonstrate ethical conduct, respect for coexistence norms, and alignment with company culture; • Develop technical and socioemotional competencies outlined in the program, including communication, organization, responsibility, and teamwork; • Fully adhere to the academic calendar, including recess periods defined by the Training Entity; • Properly use mandatory PPE required by the Training Entity, where applicable to the course; • Represent the company responsibly and committedly throughout the program. Requirements and Qualifications ✅ Enrolled in the corresponding technical course at the Training Entity; ✅ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and the Training Entity's rules; ✅ Ability to commute to the school; ✅ Appropriate use of required PPE, where applicable to the course; ✅ Submission of basic documentation for onboarding; ✅ For minors under 18: presence of legal guardian when requested.
