WHAT YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Manage and develop the Predictive Maintenance and Lubrication team; * Manage the NR13 compliance for the plant; * Ensure that the team performs industrial maintenance activities following safety guidelines and operational procedures; * Monitor adherence to predictive maintenance routes and preventive maintenance plans; * Manage and allocate maintenance tasks to the team with necessary execution resources (predictive analysis tools, lubrication tools, etc.); * Monitor and conduct failure analysis using RFRACAS to block root causes; * Lead weekly reliability meetings with industrial management and others as requested; * Manage, distribute and execute action plans for industrial processes (RFRACAS, Uptime, Loss Profile and other proposed projects for root cause elimination or performance improvement); * Perform chronic/failure analysis of offenders using qualitative and quantitative tools; * Propose new maintenance plans, review and adjust existing ones; * Achieve performance targets within the industrial process; * Propose industrial improvement projects supported by reliability engineering; * Conduct improvement studies using reliability analytical tools. 2511160202461811889
