Skills in attention, concentration, and organization Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and scanning the floor to collect dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Supervise aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Perform volume segregation in airport sorting areas by reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) onto the correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo packaging to verify suitability for transportation, thereby ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo within holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Conduct equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification; * Perform checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions during operations to supervisors. 2511010202241568596
