With an encouraging and supportive culture, R2T strives to ensure that our employees learn to work as one family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities:** Work with optical fiber in on-site technical support for residential/commercial customers, performing installations or repairs of access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV services across both external and internal telecommunications networks; configure equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Must have personal or third-party vehicle for work purposes;** Prior experience with optical fiber is required; Completed high school education; Valid driver’s license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle documentation. **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 27.35 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle leasing: Between R$1.057,26 and R$ 1.255,00 (depending on vehicle manufacturing year); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Working hours: 44 hours per week; Employment regime: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity—so we want you in our team!
