Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all company logistics planning activities. * Define transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Develop and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement cost optimization and continuous process improvement projects. * Support senior management in strategic decision-making related to the supply chain. * Negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal regulatory standards. * Lead the planning team and support talent development. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations Management or Strategic Planning. * Proven experience in logistics planning, demand management, and transportation planning. * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. * Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional integration. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (On-Time Delivery, service level, cost per km, fleet utilization). Desirable Requirements * Proactivity and ability to handle complex, high-pressure scenarios. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies, preferably multinational corporations. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies applied to logistics.
