Responsibilities and Duties * Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Prepare financial reports and performance indicators. * Perform bank reconciliations and cost analysis. * Support budgeting, planning, and financial forecasting processes. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. * Assist in audits and compliance processes. * Propose improvements to optimize resources and reduce expenses. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in financial operations. * Proficiency in Excel and TOTVS system. * Knowledge of reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial analysis. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Desired Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or complementary courses in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies.
