Active contribution to the company's culture and values. **Your Mission Here** Be the "owner" of warehouse floor operations for a shift. You will lead and guide operational teams and drivers during your shift to fulfill the daily mission established according to the schedule set by the Supervisor and/or Operations Coordinator. **Key Responsibilities** * Fully understand loading, unloading, and material handling processes in accordance with applicable standards and procedures; * Stay updated on processes and request additional training whenever necessary; * Lead by example, serving as a professional role model for the team while keeping staff engaged and motivated; * Break down the daily operational schedule to ensure timely delivery meeting expected quality standards; * ***Operate a forklift when required, provided you hold a valid mandatory certification and comply with IT SESMT 002 – Safe Forklift Operation.*** * Conduct shift handover reporting conditions and pending tasks; * Ensure compliance with team verification processes; * Ensure adherence to Golden Safety Rules by teams; * Guarantee compliance with team safety regulations; * Maintain a healthy work environment (cleanliness, organization, and care for supplies and equipment); * Act as dock custodian, controlling dock opening and closing; * Execute scheduled vehicle entry and exit at docks; * Adhere to working hours, including start time, end time, and break periods; * Serve as custodian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and act as an ambassador promoting Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced Excel skills; * High School Diploma. **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday – from 08:00 to 16:20 Sunday to Friday – from 08:00 to 16:20 **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Medical Plan:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Plan:** Bradesco (no cost options available, plus discounted plans) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after hiring – choose your plan **Birthday Day Off:** One day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
