If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead programming and monitoring teams, promoting alignment with organizational goals and tactical objectives; * Facilitate communication between strategic levels (Supervisor and Coordination) and operational levels (analysts and assistants at the Control Tower); * Guide the team toward achieving goals and performance indicators; * Ensure logistics operations are carried out according to established deadlines and standards; * Act as a facilitator in resolving operational issues and in developing and monitoring action plans; * Define tactical and operational strategies in alignment with Coordination; * Manage the daily routine of the programming and monitoring team, ensuring organization and efficiency. * Support training, capacity building, and monitoring of the programming and monitoring team’s development * In cases of staff absence or contingency needs, fully perform programming and monitoring activities * Support Supervision in operational activities and guide the team in case of operational questions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in logistics, with solid knowledge of Control Tower operations and cross-departmental interfaces; * Results-oriented mindset and ability to lead multifunctional teams; * Analytical capability to monitor KPIs and implement strategic solutions. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Meals provided in the cafeteria; * Unimed Health Plan (no fixed deduction for employee and dependents); * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Funeral Assistance (extended to relatives); * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Transportation Allowance; * Total Pass; * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); * Service Length Bonus; * Goord\-Card (with discounts at select companies); * Extended Maternity Leave; * Family Salary; * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance; * Exceptional Child Assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Legal, social, and psychological consulting services.
