If you are **attentive, disciplined, and proactive**, enjoy working with children and adolescents, and believe in the importance of harmonious coexistence within the school, this position is for you! **Join our team and help build a safer, more welcoming school environment!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Student Supervision** * Monitor and guide students during arrival, dismissal, breaks, and class transitions. * Patrol hallways, courtyards, and other school areas to ensure order and compliance with school rules. * Supervise and intervene in conflict situations, promoting respect and positive coexistence within the school environment. **Guidance and Discipline** * Ensure students comply with school regulations, including proper uniform usage and adherence to schedules. * Apply disciplinary measures according to institutional guidelines, always prioritizing dialogue and mutual respect. * Support teachers in maintaining discipline both inside and outside the classroom. **School Safety** * Monitor student behavior to prevent risky situations and ensure a safe environment. * Manage early student dismissals in accordance with established school protocols. * Report any incidents requiring special attention to the school coordination team. **Supporting Communication with Families** * Assist in communication between the school and families to ensure students align with institutional policies. * Record and report incidents to the coordination team for more effective student follow-up. **Support for Events and Activities** * Assist in organizing and supervising school events and extracurricular activities. * Support logistical arrangements for student movement within the school, ensuring all activities occur safely. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (mandatory). **Professional Experience** Prior experience in roles involving supervision and guidance of children or adolescents (preferred). Experience in a school setting is an advantage. **Knowledge and Skills** Strong communication skills and ability to mediate conflicts. Organizational and disciplinary skills to maintain order in the school environment. Empathy and patience when interacting with students. Proactivity in identifying and addressing inappropriate behavior.
