RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for daily preventive maintenance of the building in general and resolution of maintenance issues including: Conducting daily inspections of building facilities to identify preventive maintenance needs. Performing minor repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and painting installations. Addressing general maintenance issues as required. Ensuring proper conservation of tools, equipment, and work materials. Maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Recording and reporting incidents and repair requirements to the responsible person. Complying with workplace safety regulations and internal procedures. Performing other duties related to the position. Previous experience as General Services Assistant, Building Maintenance Assistant, Electrical Maintenance Assistant, or Mechanical Maintenance Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1,700.00 * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Hazard Pay (30% - R$ 510.00/Month) **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent - On-site. * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00. Saturday from 06:00 to 10:00.
