




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor regime Responsible for monitoring and analyzing third-party contracts; managing contract terminations, amendments, and notifications with legal department coordination; controlling and closing financial statements for PJ contracts (Legal Entity Contracts); preparing monthly reports for presentation to the Executive Board; assisting in administrative tasks; and other related duties. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree candidate in Administration or related fields. Computer literacy, including intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of contracts. Experience in administrative processes focused on contract management and monitoring. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
