




**REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field; * Minimum Education Level: Completed high school and complementary training course in the field; * Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in design, advertising, or related fields. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for supporting the execution of the laboratory’s marketing and communication plan; assisting in developing and maintaining visual identity and brand guidelines; and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the institution’s image and relationships with patients, physicians, and partners. **SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES** * Support implementation of the laboratory’s marketing and communication plan; * Assist in developing and maintaining visual identity and brand guidelines; * Contribute to initiatives strengthening institutional image and relationships with patients, physicians, and partners; * Create informative and educational content on health, tests, and services offered (social media posts, written texts, graphic materials, emails); * Manage and update the laboratory’s social media accounts and website; * Monitor social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and forward requests; * Produce promotional materials (brochures, banners, videos, presentations); * Support paid traffic campaigns and social media boosting initiatives; * Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports; * Update website content and service/test pages; * Assist in organizing events, lectures, and health awareness campaigns; * Conduct satisfaction surveys and support implementation of improvements; * Create and review internal communication materials (bulletin boards, announcements, internal campaigns); * Support visual standardization of documents, reports, and forms; * Organize contact lists, health insurance information, and campaign data; * Maintain updated image archives and databases; * Assist in budget control and vendor management (agencies, printing companies, media); * Perform administrative tasks related to the marketing department; * Create and adapt graphic assets for campaigns, social media, websites, and printed materials; * Assist in layout design for brochures, presentations, and institutional materials; * Edit and adjust images to ensure quality and visual consistency; * Support maintenance of brand visual identity in accordance with established guidelines; * Collaborate with the team to develop layouts for social media posts, banners, and advertisements; * Track design requests, prioritizing tasks and deadlines; * Assist in finalizing print-ready files and liaising with graphic vendors. **Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, personal presentation standards, and safety policies**
