




Description: Responsible for managing the condominium through overseeing maintenance needs, planning and monitoring preventive maintenance, staff management, management of third-party contractors, financial management (cash flow, reports and accountability), budgetary control, reading financial statements, contract management, budget estimates and supplier research, negotiations, supervision of completed services, participation in condominium meetings, and other related activities. Requirements: **Requirements**: High school diploma. A degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields will be an advantage. Computer skills including Excel with ability to handle tables, formulas, and charts. Proficiency in condominium management systems and digital tools. Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. Experience in condominium administration or building management. Experience in financial reporting.
