**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitoring infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and Amazon CloudWatch. Initial diagnosis and resolution of simple incidents on Linux and Windows Server systems. Management and configuration of VPN connections (OpenVPN, IPsec) for secure remote access. Monitoring of Linux servers (Apache, Nginx) and Windows Server (IIS) to assess performance and availability. Analysis of system logs and events to identify root causes of performance or security issues. Escalation of more complex incidents to NOC Level 2. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology-related fields. Availability to work as an individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI) or as a legal entity (PJ). Prior experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and support. Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows servers. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
