




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Mon. to Fri. 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (2-hour lunch break) \- Sat. 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT labor code * Coordinate all routine activities of the Human Resources department; * Lead recruitment and selection processes; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Plan and implement training and development initiatives; * Monitor HR metrics; * Support leadership in performance evaluation and people management processes; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation; * Supervise processes such as payroll, timekeeping, and benefits (in partnership with Accounting, where applicable); * Develop and implement initiatives focused on organizational culture and employee engagement; * Promote efficient internal communication and a healthy work environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources; * Prior experience in the HR field; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and HR-related systems); Complementary courses, such as DISC or similar; * * **Desirable:** Valid driver’s license (not mandatory, but considered an advantage) **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Internal benefits, Performance-based bonus, Corporate mobile phone, On-site meals, Transportation allowance
