Providing initial reception and welcoming patients/visitors **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Assist with the company's administrative routines by performing support activities for various departments (e.g., human resources, finance, procurement, or customer service), aiming to learn organizational processes and acquire practical experience in a corporate environment. **JOB DUTIES** Provide initial front-desk reception, cordially welcoming patients and visitors; Distribute appointment forms and guide recipients on form completion or direct them to the responsible department; Support departmental administrative routines under the guidance of the local manager; Organize and archive physical and digital documents; Assist in controlling and updating spreadsheets and reports; Answer and route internal phone calls and messages; Receive, verify, and distribute internal mail; Support data entry into internal systems; Assist in requesting and managing office supplies; Support the team in simple control tasks (where applicable); Responsibly complete the theoretical components of the associated apprenticeship program; Understand the full workflow of the corresponding department; Adhere to the company's code of conduct, personal appearance standards, and safety regulations.
