Leadership support and organizational climate initiatives An HR consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Natal (Petrópolis). Segantini Consulting provides specialized enterprise consulting services. We focus on customized solutions to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection for stores and office. Lead onboarding and integration of new employees. Monitor the probationary period of employees. Develop and deliver internal training programs. Support internal marketing and internal communication initiatives. Provide leadership support and implement organizational climate actions. Track HR metrics and retention initiatives. Interface with the Payroll Department and provide basic technical support. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
