* Analyst, Networks, Senior ### **Requirement: CCNA CERTIFICATION** ### **Responsibilities** – Administer, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks; – Perform troubleshooting for connectivity, latency, routing, and performance incidents; – Manage network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, access points); – Implement and maintain network security policies, including access control, VPNs, segmentation, and firewall rules; – Monitor infrastructure using specific tools (Zabbix, Grafana.); – Produce technical network documentation, topologies, procedures, and configurations; – Participate in infrastructure upgrade, expansion, and improvement projects; – Ensure best practices for change management, versioning, and recordkeeping; – Support users and internal teams with connectivity and access-related requests. ### **Requirements** – Proven experience administering medium- or large-scale networks; – Experience providing support and maintenance in Cisco network environments – LAN (Catalyst and Nexus); Solid knowledge of: – Network protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS – Layer 2/3 switch infrastructure – Firewalls and network security – VPNs (IPSec, SSL) – Corporate Wi-Fi – Knowledge of network monitoring tools; – Experience administering rules, VPNs, and firewall support on PALO ALTO or compatible firewalls; – Problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN network environments, link outages, performance degradation, and traffic blocking on firewalls and routers; – Knowledge of Cisco wireless controllers and access points; – Knowledge of ISE and NAC (experience configuring authentication profiles and rules); – Familiarity with ITIL for incident and change management; – Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English. ### **Preferred Qualifications** – Certifications: CCNP – Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud (VPC, Security Groups, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, etc.) – Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (policy management, NAT, troubleshooting) – Administration of Cisco DNA Center solution – Administration of Cisco ISE solution (NAC, Posture) – Panorama – Experience in complex corporate network projects – Experience with DHCP servers. ### **Behavioral Competencies** – Organization and attention to detail – Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks – Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude – Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach – Autonomy and sense of responsibility. ### **Work Model: 2x Hybrid, 3x On-site at Av.
