This professional will be responsible for evaluating materials, labor, and services required, ensuring accuracy in calculations and contributing to the financial planning of projects. We seek someone detail-oriented, analytically skilled, and capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review budgets for materials, labor, and services for company projects; * Analyze costs and identify optimization opportunities to ensure budget competitiveness; * Prepare quotations and supplier inquiries, negotiating prices and purchase terms; * Monitor and update costs for ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to budget; * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accuracy of budgetary data; * Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Budget Analyst or in cost management and financial planning; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs); * Skills in cost analysis, estimation, and supplier negotiations; * Attention to detail and strong analytical ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry. * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits (meal voucher, on-site meals, dental plan, among others); * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
