Here, you will find a collaborative environment with space to develop your skills and contribute to the team! **Responsibilities** * Promote and embody the organizational culture among the team (Mission, Vision, and Values); * Provide information and/or guidance to employees regarding topics such as: hiring, working hour tracking, HR communication channels, and benefits; * Perform and monitor HR department tasks, including: attendance justification, benefits purchases, and employee registration/maintenance of information in the CRM; * Manage benefit transactions (additions and removals); * Support the analyst with payroll entries; * Conduct hiring processes and monitor onboarding of new employees; * Process fixed departmental expenses; * Monitor occupational medical examinations and vaccinations; * Maintain digital files, such as: employee certificates for NR and PPE training; * Assist the analyst, supervisor, or manager with tasks as needed; * Attend to employee inquiries; * Support employee satisfaction surveys. **Requirements** * Prior experience in administration, human resources, or accounting is desirable. **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources; * A course on HR routines and obligations is desirable.
