Job Description: It is highly important that you have and/or know: * Academic Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Administration with a focus on Quality, or related fields. Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, as well as customer satisfaction, aligned with the company’s business objectives. Responsibilities: * Define and implement the organization-wide quality policy and objectives, aligned with the company’s strategy; * Manage the quality team, fostering its development and high performance; * Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), textile industry regulations, and customer requirements across the entire industrial chain; * Develop, monitor, and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire chain, proposing action plans to address failures and drive continuous improvement; * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma); * Represent the company in external and internal audits, ensuring certification and maintenance of quality standards; * Manage the quality department’s budget, seeking resource optimization and return on investment; * Ensure integrated quality across the entire industrial chain—from raw material evaluation (incoming or internally produced) to the finished product—with the aim of reducing rework and costs; * Develop and supervise robust action plans to address failures and non-conformities, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; * Enhance process and product reliability, increasing visibility of cost-reduction opportunities and margin improvement; * Elevate quality standards and improve efficiency in production processes through implementation of best practices and technologies. 2512090203141855219
