Job Summary: The Senior PCP Analyst plans, monitors, and analyzes production processes, seeking a balance among demand, capacity, and costs to optimize results. Key Highlights: 1. Support for decision-making As a **Senior PCP Analyst**, you will be responsible for **planning, monitoring, and analyzing production processes across Production Hubs and stores**, ensuring balance among demand, production capacity, costs, and inventory levels—with a focus on **optimizing organizational results**. We seek an analytical, dynamic, and results-oriented professional with strong capabilities in KPI monitoring, cost control, and decision-making support. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for Production Hubs and stores, supporting management decision-making. * Monitor the performance of in-house manufactured products, analyzing results and preparing performance reports. * Track finished goods and raw material inventory levels across Production Hubs, stores, and Distribution Centers, ensuring balance among availability, turnover, and loss control. * Analyze finished goods costs, evaluating alignment between actual and planned costs per standard recipes, proposing improvements and more efficient raw material alternatives. * Participate in industrial production planning, supporting demand organization, production capacity planning, and alignment with involved departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;** * Relevant work experience; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * SAP knowledge preferred (PP module); * Power BI knowledge preferred (basic/intermediate level). **Skills and Competencies:** * Interpersonal communication skills, with ease in collaborating across diverse departments. * Systemic vision and analytical thinking. * Dynamic profile, with critical analysis and results orientation. * Proactivity, adaptability, and autonomy Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree * Logistics, Bachelor’s Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor’s Degree * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * BENEFIT PROGRAMS * HEALTH PLAN * ON-SITE MEALS * DENTAL PLAN * IFOOD BENEFITS * TOTAL PASS
