




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, managing financial and contractual processes, and coordinating interdepartmental communication to optimize commercial operations. Coordination of internal communication and commercial workflows **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor retailer performance through indicators and analyses to support decision-making; * Prepare Entrepreneurial Budget/PEC/Strategic Planning documents, monitoring and supporting their development; * Draft requests for Finance/Commercial departments, providing RIG information and reports to the EC; * Lead the process of correcting improper invoicing by identifying inconsistencies and executing the invoicing error correction procedure; * Interface with Legal (instruments, terms, notifications); * Ensure annual updates of retailer guarantors’ contact information and guarantees via notification dispatch and follow-up on responses; * Conduct studies for contract renewals; * Enhance visibility of commercial processes and indicators through effective communication across mall departments; * Monitor/Control store openings and closures; * Approve service orders requested by stores when relevant to this area; * Manage internal processes, such as: notifications, physical/digital filing, contract workflow, vacant store control; * Conduct pre-departure inspections at stores upon retailer exit to verify potential pending items; * Prepare presentations; * Analyze and monitor commercial and market indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
