Works on developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability research, and gathering market references, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to integrate design and technology. Maintains\-continuous learning of UX and UI best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of user experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and research activities. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, tracking deliverables and developing an understanding of the integration between design and development. * Maintain\-continuous learning of UX, UI, and research best practices, applying this knowledge in daily work. * Research market references and trends, bringing relevant insights to enrich design discussions and decisions. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of digital design tools such as Figma, and interest in interactive prototyping; * Experience in visual design (typography, color, hierarchy) and willingness to deepen expertise in UI and Design Systems; * Interest in user-centered design and research methods (quantitative and qualitative); * Curiosity to understand the product, initial critical thinking, and empathy toward diverse user profiles. **This is a 100% on-site position located in Foz do Iguaçu \- PR; candidates with disabilities are also welcome.**
