The company is seeking an IT Analyst in Mandirituba. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to end users (help desk), ensuring service quality and SLA compliance. Support IT team management by organizing requests and tracking deadlines. Administer and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, backups, and information security). Participate in technology project implementation and process improvement initiatives. Support vendor and technology contract management. Contribute to information security best practices and service continuity. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
