Job Summary: A technical support professional in highway planning and maintenance, responsible for performance indicator control, contract management, material control, and non-conformance handling to ensure process efficiency. Material control and non-conformance handling This professional is responsible for performing technical support activities related to planning and maintenance, including performance indicator control, contract management, service measurement monitoring, material and equipment control, as well as non-conformance and operational demand management through management systems, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of highway concession processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in performance indicator control; * Support in contract management, service measurements, balance control, validity, and other aspects; * Generate material purchase requests and material withdrawal requests; * Prepare PowerPoint presentations; * Management of non-conformances issued by the granting authority; * Material and equipment control; * Demand control through the highway maintenance management software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Experience in highway concessions is desirable; * Technical education in engineering-related fields is desirable. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Power BI is desirable. **Additional Information** **100% On-site Position \- Campo Largo/PR** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PRS), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of Lot 1 of the Paraná State Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This stretch includes the North and South bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections among municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in the Central-South region of Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the concessionaire commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization works of the highway network, in addition to allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. This investment covers a variety of improvements, such as mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing and scale systems, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local employment and regional development. According to the federal government, an estimated 81,700 direct and indirect jobs are expected to be created, along with fiscal contributions to the municipal governments of the 18 municipalities served by the highway network.
