Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance activities, opening, tracking, and controlling work orders in the management system; * Organize and keep weekly and monthly schedules updated, assisting in sequencing activities according to priorities, available resources, and operational windows; * Control material and labor reporting, ensuring data reliability and traceability; * Assist in monitoring maintenance performance indicators, preparing databases, operational reports, and supporting departmental analyses; * Maintain administrative and operational controls for the area, ensuring standardization, organization, data accuracy, and decision-making support; * Control documentation for equipment sent for external maintenance, ensuring traceability, deadlines, and record compliance; * Manage tools control, keeping loan agreements updated and ensuring tool organization and availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance); * Understanding of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance; * Ability to develop maintenance schedules; * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields); * Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus. **Additional Information** #### ***BENEFITS*** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * On-site Restaurant Meals (subject to work location); * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Assistance.
