Support the Quality Management System **Engineering Assistant** **Position Objective:** Contribute to the efficient and organized execution of site activities by participating in technical documentation control, material and equipment storage, schedule monitoring, and resource estimation. This role aims to ensure fiscal compliance and timely updating of financial records, supporting the technical team in delivering projects according to conditional guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning and executing site activities, providing support to engineers; * Handle material requests and inventory control; * Verify completed work to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards; * Assist in organizing the construction site and implementing quality and environmental processes; * Monitor building maintenance services; * Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar); * Familiarity with Mega ERP is a plus; * Knowledge/experience in structural masonry construction is desirable. **Benefits:** At Valor Real, we value every member of our team and invest in their growth and well-being.
