Job Summary: Support the plumber in performing maintenance services for water networks, service lines, and meter connections, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with the company's best practices. Key Highlights: 1. Assist the plumber in performing hydraulic services with a focus on quality. 2. Interact with customers to address questions and promote best practices. 3. Perform water supply cutoff/reconnection and water meter readings. **Description:** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Assist the plumber in executing services while adhering to all specified procedures to meet quality standards; Ensure ANE quality standards, courtesy, promptness, and good faith in interactions with customers; Assist in meeting the scheduled start and completion deadlines established by the Service Scheduling; Serve as a channel for disseminating and integrating company practices and customer expectations, including ANE’s best practices and conduct; Exercise care in handling tools, equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and field service execution; Always seek leadership support for all services performed on main roads or high-impact services; Drive the company vehicle to carry out assigned responsibilities. Identify potential fraud committed by customers in water or sewage systems through reading and interpreting data collected from water meters; Perform water supply cutoffs to prevent losses and/or damage to water or sewage systems and protect the company’s reputation; Ensure preservation of historical records and knowledge through preparation of incident reports; Guarantee accuracy of collected information through precise reading of residential and commercial water meters; Support timely customer payment fulfillment by delivering bills and notifications promptly; Address possible customer questions regarding water supply and/or billing to improve customer understanding of company actions; Comply with occupational health and safety procedures by attending lectures and training sessions, using PPE correctly, and handling materials, machinery, and equipment appropriately; Perform other related tasks as directed and instructed by leadership; All activities listed above apply to the following services: network, service line, and meter connection maintenance; debris removal; service line/meter connection cutoff; water reconnection at service line/meter connection; water meter verification; water connection; and activities related to water teams.
