Disaster Recovery strategy planning and execution Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst in Tupaciguara (Center). The Pessoa Group is a company dedicated to human resources management and talent development. It offers innovative solutions for process optimization and human capital enhancement. **Responsibilities:** Administer Active Directory environments (AD DS, GPOs, DNS, security and identity policies). Manage VMware virtualization environments (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, and HA). Administer Cisco networks, including switches, VLANs, routing, and segmentation. Work with Azure Cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Manage corporate storage and storage solutions. Administer enterprise backup solutions (Data Domain). Plan and execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies. Administer Windows Server and Linux environments. Perform infrastructure monitoring using tools such as Zabbix. Apply ITIL best practices. Participate in infrastructure migration and modernization projects. Previous experience as Infrastructure Engineer, Network Specialist, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Architect may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
