Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end selection processes; * Align candidate profiles with hiring managers; * Post job openings on platforms and social media; * Screen resumes and conduct interviews; * Develop talent attraction strategies for operational and administrative positions; * Monitor recruitment and selection metrics; * Support probationary period management and onboarding of new employees; * Maintain an updated talent database; * Assist with general HR department requests. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Experience handling operational roles is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and agility; * Ability to manage a high volume of open positions; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the food service/restaurant industry; What We Seek: A proactive individual with a human-centered perspective, sense of urgency, and enthusiasm for dynamic and challenging environments.
