Monitor financial transactions such as cash inflows and outflows, teller operations, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and security. Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring compliance with internal controls and compliance standards. Implement improvements based on audits, action plans, and best operational practices. Ensure proper asset control of the branch and quality of services provided by third parties. **Team Leadership and Development:** Lead the administrative team, promoting continuous development and identifying training needs. Conduct internal training and technical upskilling, supporting the business team to provide more effective service to members. Encourage a culture of cooperation, initiative, and focus on results, aligned with cooperative values. **Member Service and Relationship:** Monitor the efficiency of service channels, always seeking the best service for members. Ensure high-quality and prompt service, promoting member satisfaction and loyalty. Support collections for delinquent accounts and legal referrals, contributing to the financial health of members and the cooperative. **Performance and Indicator Management:** Manage the branch's operational and service indicators. Report results to the General Manager and share information with the team to monitor goals. Analyze data and propose strategic actions for continuous improvement of processes and branch performance. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields. Active Anbima certification (CPA 10, CPA 20, or CEA). **Experience** Experience in team management and leading teams. Experience in customer relations and financial operations. **Behavioral and technical skills** Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork. Clear and effective communication. People management.
