Grupo Guaraves | Guarabira - PB | On-site Job Description The Field Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating loader teams at poultry farms, ensuring efficient and safe loading of trucks with live chickens and their transportation to our slaughterhouse. Acts as the team’s point of reference, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and deadline requirements. Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise loader teams at poultry farms, guiding and monitoring loading activities. * Plan and organize field logistics operations, ensuring trucks are loaded and transported on time and efficiently. * Ensure operations comply with Guaraves’ animal welfare, quality, and safety standards. * Serve as the liaison between field operations and internal company departments, communicating relevant information about performed activities. * Conduct inspections at poultry farms to ensure loading is carried out correctly and in accordance with company guidelines. * Monitor loader team performance and provide necessary training or adjustments to improve efficiency. * Record incidents, report problems, and suggest improvements to the logistics process. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). * Prior experience supervising operational teams. * Knowledge of logistics and transportation. * Skills in people management and problem solving. * Availability to work on-site and during flexible hours. Desirable Requirements * Leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Organization and planning skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to handle unexpected situations. * Knowledge of safety and animal welfare standards.
