**JOB OPENING: Administrative Assistant – Animal Shipping – Office-Based Role** **Job Profile** * Degree in Business Administration Technology or related fields * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented profile * Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor * Valid driver’s license will be considered a plus **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service to pet owners via phone, WhatsApp, and email * Organization and verification of documents for domestic and international animal shipments * Guidance on vaccines, tests, certificates, and legal requirements * Tracking deadlines for documentation, vaccinations, and authorizations * Coordination with airlines for information, quotations, and reservations * Monitoring process progress with clients * Support to the shipping agent during check-in and pre-boarding * Continuous updating on animal transport regulations * Recording and tracking information in systems and spreadsheets * Proactive identification of pending items and risks **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in administrative routines or customer service * Familiarity with documentation, deadlines, and regulatory processes * Organization, discipline, and time management * Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets * Ability to handle specific regulations and procedures * Basic/intermediate English or Spanish (a plus) * Knowledge or ease of using ChatGPT for translations **Compensation and Conditions** * Starting salary: R$ 2.000,00 * Salary after probation period (3 months): R$ 2.500,00 * Work modality: In-person – office-based * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Weekly workload: 44 hours * iFood benefit: R$ 200,00 * Comprehensive training provided by the company Job Type: Permanent CLT contract Pay: R$2.000,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
