Opportunities for long-term stability We are looking for personal secretaries in Vitoria\-Gasteiz to provide administrative support in the quality area. Main responsibilities include preparing customer documentation dossiers, collecting essential data and certificates for raw materials, treatments, and dimensional verifications. The role also involves controlling and archiving quality certificates for materials and commercial items, as well as lodging claims with suppliers when necessary. Additionally, the role includes managing delivery control using SAP to anticipate required customer documentation and preparing necessary documentation for internal tasks, such as those related to ISO standards. A background in administration, prior experience in similar positions, and proficiency in office software are valued; SAP knowledge is considered a plus. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 13:30 to 16:50, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00\. During summer, working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00\. An initial contract is offered, along with opportunities for long-term stability. * Education in Administration, Business Management and Leadership, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative tasks. * Highly desirable: experience working with SAP. * Proficiency in office software.
