We are seeking an **FP&A Analyst** to support the development of financial analyses, projections, and KPIs that contribute to decision-making and sustainable company growth. This role will play a critical part in **budget and forecast preparation and monitoring, financial performance analysis, and the development of management reports**, while collaborating closely with various business areas to generate insights and support strategic planning. If you possess strong analytical skills, enjoy working with numbers, scenarios, and strategy, and seek a dynamic, fast-growing environment, True could be your next challenge. **Join us in transforming data into strategy and growing with True.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare and monitor the annual budget (Budget) and periodic revisions (Forecast); Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and margin projections; Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast), identifying root causes; Build dashboards and management reports featuring financial and operational KPIs; Support the CFO and senior leadership with strategic analyses for decision-making; Lead profitability analyses by channel, product, and customer; Integrate information from different departments (Sales, Operations, Controller) to provide a consolidated view; Automate reporting and analytical processes using Power BI or other BI tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools; Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; Experience building and managing financial dashboards and reports in Power BI; Strong analytical capability for interpreting financial and operational data; Familiarity with programming and database tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is desirable. **Additional Information** **TRUE BENEFITS** Health Insurance – Unimed Dental Insurance – Unimed Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance (optional Fuel Allowance) Life Insurance SESC Membership Equipped cafeteria for meals Common Area with game room and relaxation space Birthday Day Off Nutritionist Consultations True Product Discounts True Fitness Daily True Whey True Gift Cultural Voucher Year-End Bonus To enhance your in-office experience: Fresh fruit table every morning.
