Managing benefits administration and time tracking **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute bureaucratic and operational routines related to employees; * Support hiring and termination processes; * Prepare and organize documentation for hiring, termination, and exit interviews; * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance), including registration and data updates; * Monitor electronic time tracking, verifying absences, tardiness, and working hours; * Organize vacations and leaves, performing registrations and follow-ups; * Digitize, organize, and maintain departmental files and documents; * Assist employees by clarifying questions regarding labor rights, pay slips, and benefits.
