Job Summary: A Benefits Analyst will handle access to health plan rate tables, contract registration, customer support, and monitoring of contracts and delinquency. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate knowledge of major operators' systems—such as Samp, Unimed, and Bradesco—for quotation and proposal submission. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or full suite); currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree. \*Job Responsibilities:\* Accessing health and dental plan rate tables; registering contracts in operators’ and administrators’ systems; providing customer support for daily operational requests; submitting producer commission spreadsheets to the finance department; monitoring contracts nearing expiration; tracking customer delinquency. \*Working Hours:\* Monday to Friday From 09:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.834,63 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
