




Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, planning, delivering, and evaluating technical and behavioral training programs to support employee development. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluation of training outcomes and management of training records **Main Responsibilities:** Training Needs Identification (TNI) - Identify knowledge and skill gaps among employees. - Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance analyses to determine required training. Training Planning and Organization - Develop schedules and content for technical and behavioral training programs. - Select appropriate methodologies (in-person, online, lectures, workshops, etc.). - Define supporting materials, assessments, and training effectiveness indicators. Training Delivery and Implementation - Deliver internal training sessions or coordinate external instructors. - Monitor employee participation and address questions. Ensure training programs meet both organizational and employee needs. Training Follow-up and Outcome Evaluation - Administer training satisfaction and effectiveness surveys. - Analyze impacts on employee performance and organizational productivity. - Adjust training programs based on evaluation results. Training Records and Reporting Management - Maintain records of completed trainings and employee certifications. - Prepare reports on the evolution of training programs. - Monitor trends and innovations in the Training & Development (T&D) field to implement improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree Experience in Training & Development (T&D) Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Employment type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$7.500,00 – R$8.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food allowance * Free parking
