Develops new work methods and fosters continuous improvement Process Analyst Position Implements productive routines, time-motion analysis, definition, deployment, and monitoring of KPIs; pursues process optimization and improved cost-benefit ratios, always focusing on cost reduction and enhanced quality. Responsible for implementing and aligning organizational processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead continuous improvement teams through workshops and training to optimize area-specific processes and identify potential waste. * Provide support for improvement execution via guidance and coaching whenever necessary to facilitate action implementation. * Conduct problem analysis meetings to identify root causes and direct corresponding actions. * Develop activity execution procedures to simplify onboarding of new employees and achieve standardization. * Maintain quality management system documentation (DIRP, Work Instructions, Operational Procedures) up-to-date and deliver appropriate training on such documentation to the operational team. * Define process standards and assist in execution monitoring through inspections and continuous oversight. * Deliver process and continuous improvement training to contribute to team development. * Collect, compile, and analyze factory production numerical data for statistical purposes and KPI generation support. * Analyze current process performance to identify new project opportunities or workflow redesign needs. * Analyze and implement layout modifications to optimize processes. * Adapt workstations according to continuous improvement and HSE standards. * Analyze process changes and define approaches to meet production requirements for items. * Develop production processes (sequencing time and operation standardization) during new product development and register them in the system in partnership with Product Engineering. * Manage new projects related to Process Engineering to identify improvement opportunities and ensure timely delivery. * Develop new work methods and foster continuous improvement across the organization. ### **Technical Requirements** * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Technical knowledge in mechanical field. * Technical knowledge in electrical and electronic assembly. * Knowledge of 5S methodology. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. ### **Behavioral Profile** Customer Focus Teamwork Policies, processes, and procedures.
