#1159 *VACANCY*: **Junior Logistics Analyst** *SALARY*: R$3,150.00 *BENEFITS*: Intermedica health insurance (Company pays R$240 and R$220 per dependent; the remainder is deducted from payroll according to age bracket table) + 100% company-paid dental plan + VA or VR R$735 + Life insurance. *WORK SCHEDULE*: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM *WORK LOCATION*: Dos Casa neighborhood *CLT* *RESPONSIBILITIES*: * Monitor and track daily delivery and pickup statuses. * Enter and verify CTE (Electronic Transport Document) and Invoice (NF) data into the system. * Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) for shipments, returns, transfers, and other logistics operations, ensuring correct CFOP application. * Process billing and release orders for dispatch in compliance with current tax regulations. * Enter and verify CTE (Electronic Transport Document) and incoming invoice (NF) data into the system. * Ensure fiscal documentation and delivery proof are properly organized. * Log operational incidents (e.g., delays, damages, losses) and monitor their resolution. * Assist in issuing transportation documents. * Maintain accurate product master data in the system (dimensions, weight). * Perform initial goods inspection upon receipt and dispatch. * Record inventory movements (receipts and shipments) in WMS/ERP systems. * Collect raw data (volumes, freight costs, time metrics) for spreadsheet reporting. * Prepare basic performance reports, such as pending deliveries lists. * Maintain organized physical and digital logistics files and documentation. * Respond to operational emails and phone calls from carriers and customers. * Support communication between the warehouse and sales teams regarding product availability. *REQUIREMENTS*: * Experience in this role or related functions within Logistics/Supply Chain. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., dashboard creation, pivot tables, complex formulas). * Knowledge of Transportation Management and Warehouse Management. * Solid understanding of transportation, tax, and fiscal legislation related to goods movement (e.g., CTE-e and NF-e issuance).
