Engage with stakeholders during UAT to ensure tests reflect real-world processes and serve as a bridge between technical teams and end users. Manage risks and analyze the impact of changes, anticipate issues, and propose preventive actions. Monitor and report test progress, coverage, and metrics via dashboards, analytical tools, and email updates. Promote QA best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies. Previous experience as a Senior Test Engineer, Software Quality Specialist, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, or Senior Tester may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
