Job Summary: Performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment, diagnosing failures and making adjustments to optimize production and ensure safety. Providing technical support to production and continuously improving processes **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and calibrate production equipment. * Interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. * Install and configure motors, sensors, frequency inverters, and electrical devices. * Perform lubrication, replacement, and adjustment of mechanical components. * Monitor operational tests and release equipment for production. * Record completed maintenance activities and complete technical reports. * Provide technical support to production, minimizing machine downtime. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Contribute improvement suggestions for equipment and production processes. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** Metrology and Welding **PERSONAL PROFILE:** Logical and analytical thinking, responsibility and commitment, proactivity and sense of urgency, good communication skills, regular attendance and punctuality, flexibility, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail. **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance for employee and dependents with no co-payment; Dental assistance; On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); Food allowance of BRL 550.00 per month; Birthday bonus; Life insurance; Profit-sharing program (PLR) if revenue and targets are achieved; Transportation allowance and on-site parking.
