The role of inspector is fundamental at Rede Vistorias, as it directly executes the inspection service. The inspection team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and embodies the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate sector. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Conducting real estate asset inspections efficiently, accurately, and reliably—assessing characteristics and conservation/functional status of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identifying and examining materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; * Testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying general environmental functionality and conditions; * For exit inspections, performing detailed comparisons based on reports and documentation; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos via a tablet application to generate the inspection report; * Verifying repairs and discrepancies; * Training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH); * Personal vehicle—motorcycle preferred; * Android smartphone.
