Opportunity for growth in an innovative company Technical Maintenance Leader – Aerial Work Platforms (PEMT)\- São Bernardo do Campo\- SP **Responsibilities and Duties** \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multi-brand aerial work platforms (Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Haulotte, etc.). \* Diagnose complex failures in hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. \* Work autonomously on external and field service calls. \* Leadership: Support workshop organization, guide auxiliary technicians, and ensure compliance with BG Service quality standards. \* Prepare detailed technical reports and equipment check\-out/check\-in checklists. **Required Qualifications** \* Proven experience in this role (minimum 2 years with PEMT). \* Full proficiency in reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams. \* Full availability for travel (serving clients across different regions). \* Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B. \* Proactive profile, focused on problem-solving and team leadership. **What We Offer** \* Salary: R$ 5\.000,00\. \* Company vehicle for technical travel. \* Corporate mobile phone. \* Health insurance. \* Meal allowance. \* Opportunity for growth in a company standardizing processes and investing in technology.
