Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for External Services, working in the field to perform technical activities at customer operations, focusing on machine installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and optimization, ensuring professional, results-oriented service. Key Highlights: 1. Field operations focused on machine installation, maintenance, and optimization. 2. Specialized technical support and customer team training. 3. Availability for domestic and international travel. We seek a professional to work in External Services, with strong field presence, responsible for performing technical activities directly at customer operations, including packaging lines and industrial systems. This professional will be responsible for machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics, and optimization, as well as serving as the technical contact point for customers, ensuring professional, courteous, and results-oriented service. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Independently perform machine installation and commissioning; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, general inspections, and component replacement; * Conduct technical diagnostics and failure analysis, proposing efficient solutions; * Perform performance and efficiency acceptance testing; * Execute equipment upgrades, refurbishments, and improvements; * Manage spare parts inventory in the field; * Provide specialized technical support to customers; * Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams; * Act as the technical representative in the field, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct. ### **Technical Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, pneumatic schematics, and production layouts; * Knowledge of metrology and unit conversion; * Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance routines; * Basic computer skills (Windows and Office Suite); * Driver’s license Category B (preferred); * Basic English and/or Spanish (preferred); German is a plus. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Customer focus and results orientation; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Logical reasoning and analytical capability; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Teamwork and empathy; * Critical thinking and ethical conduct. **Important:** * Full availability for travel (domestic and international), working 100% in the field; * Availability for overtime as required by operational demand.
