Issue service invoices in accordance with current legislation. Manage and operate electronic billing procedures. Meet clients' specific requirements. Conduct critical analysis of time entries, expenses, and allocations. Lead the post\-billing process, including clarifying doubts, resolving disputes, as well as invoice adjustments and corrections. Assist in accounts receivable control and tracking of pending or pending-approval amounts. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and increased efficiency. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as a Billing Assistant, Accounts Receivable Analyst, Financial Assistant, or Collections Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role.
