




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in purchasing parking tickets and resolving user irregularities within the system, issuing ticket sales via debit card, credit card, or cash, or selling smart cards. 2. Monitor, guide, and control the use of spaces in the regulated (blue zone) parking area, verifying whether vehicles are parked lawfully or unlawfully—i.e., without a valid parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not clearly visible—and completing the ACT fee notice form to be left on the vehicle to notify drivers of parking violations. 3. Assist the public—from locating addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the relevant public authorities. 4. Attend to users for guidance and information regarding resolution of notices and about the system in general, including use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5. Report vehicles in violation status to the Customer Service Center via PDAs, as needed. 6.
