Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, focused on student development and institutional growth. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with school monitoring routines (desirable) 2. Ability to work in a team and receive guidance 3. Availability on Saturdays for school events Bachelor's degree completed in Pedagogy or related fields. Must be responsible and punctual; prior experience with school monitoring routines is preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively and accept guidance, always striving for the best outcomes for students and the school as a whole. Must be courteous and respectful when speaking with students. Must have the ability to memorize students' faces and names. Must possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and highly dynamic. Must be available on Saturdays to participate in school events. **Residence preference:** Diadema (preferred), ABC region, or nearby areas.
